How to make an in-app purchase?

1. Tap the in-game item you want to purchase

2. Enter your password

3. Confirm in-app purchase

 

If you don’t see/receive your purchase, you can troubleshoot the issue by doing any of the following:

1. Check that you have a WIFI or mobile data connection which is active and working.

2. Force stop, then reopen the game.

3. Check if the payment went through. If your payment didn’t go through properly you won’t receive the in-app purchase you tried to buy. 

       For Android (Google Play Store App) tap Account > Order History to review your orders. 

       For iOS (iTunes from your computer), sign in your iTunes account click Account > View My Account.

4. Restart the device by holding down the power button.
