How to get a refund for App Store in-app purchases (iOS)?

Note: Based on Apple policy regarding sharing purchase information with the developers, DreaMotion Inc. cannot directly refund your purchases.

 

Please follow the instructions below:

1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com.

2. Enter the Apple ID and password that you used to buy the item, then choose Sign In.

3. Choose Report a Problem next to the item that you need help with. 

4. Choose your problem from the menu. 

5. Follow the onscreen steps. You might need to send us more information, contact the app developer, or download the item again.

 

Apple Store refunds may take at least 24 – 48 hours to process your transaction and you might get contacted by Apple support to verify the reason for the request.

How to get a refund for Google Play Store in-app purchases (Android)?

To assist you with the purchase issue, DreaMotion Inc. needs the following details:

1. Actual Receipt

l You can check the receipt from the email account you’ve used for your in-app purchase.

l Attach the screenshot of your receipt on a new ticket (Customer Support)

2. Account Name (In-game Name for Gun Strider)

3. Reason for refund

4. After the above information is set, please submit your refund request by creating a New Ticket.
